The Application of Two Stage Screw Refrigeration Compressor Package Unit
Two stage screw refrigeration compressor package unit is a new type of high efficient screw compressor developed by Yantai Moon independently. There are five kinds of standard units, four open screw compressors and a semi-hermetic screw compressor. Open two stage screw refrigeration compressor is suitable for two kinds of refrigerants, ammonia and fluorine. Semi-hermetic two stage screw refrigeration compressor is suitable for fluorine, which is used for the evaporation temperature below -25℃, and the efficiency is significantly higher than the single stage economizer compressor unit.

1. The high and low pressure levels of compressor, LG2016, LG2520MS and LG3225LS, are all equipped with energy regulator, which can ensure that the unit could work efficiently and economically under low temperature conditions.
2. The machine adopts Moon high efficiency rotor profile which has a national invention patent.
3. Imported mechanical seal with reliability and durability.
4. The lubrication system is combined with forced oil supply and differential pressure oil supply to make the compressor run smoothly.
5. Equipped with three-stage oil separation system and high efficiency molecular sieve, the separation efficiency is up to 3 ~ 5ppm.
6. High precision suction and oil filter element ensure the normal operation of the compressor.
7. The oil cooling system can be cooled by thermosyphon or by water cooling.
