YSLG (F) series screw compressor brine chiller unit is a complete set of devices to provide chilled water for chemical, pharmaceutical, food, grain processing, fruit processing and other industries. The main engine adopts open screw refrigeration compressor, with R22 or R717 as refrigerant and ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, calcium chloride, sodium chloride solution as coolant.

Note
1. The design conditions in this table: the condenser cooling water temperature difference between inlet and outlet is 5℃; the chilled water temperature difference between inlet and outlet is 5 ℃.
2. The brine solution includes: glycol solution, calcium chloride solution, Sodium Chloride Solution, etc.
3. The coolant flow is set with the concentration of 29.4% of calcium chloride.
4. Condensers can be only chose one for YSLGF ·H, YSLGF·CH and YSLGF·CSH series.

Features
1. YSLG (F) series screw compressor brine chiller unit adopts new high efficiency LG series screw compressor with a low noise and a high reliability.
2. The condenser adopts evaporative type and water-cooled type, both with high efficiency heat exchange tube, small size and light weight.
3. The evaporator adopts siphon structure.
4. The method of oil return adopts automatically jetting system, which is simple and convenient to operate, and has high reliability.
5. The machine adopts liquid cooling and oil cooling, which has good heat exchange effect and high reliability
6. The liquid level control adopts the most advanced PMFL+SV control, which can realize continuous automatic adjustment, and have good reliability
7. The unit has a compact structure, beautiful appearance and small occupation.
8. The unit runs smoothly, safely and reliably, with small vibration and low noise.
