Food fluidized tunnel freezing is a new technology, and it is an ideal method to achieve IQF (Individually Quick Freezing). Mainly suitable for freezing granular, flake, block and other foods, such as green beans, cowpea, eggplant, tomatoes, letinous edodes and other foods. Among them, one stage fluidized bed is mainly suitable for monomer freezing of fragile food. The two stage fluidized bed has wide adaptability, and the equipment can be used widely except for the food that are easily damaged. The four-bar fluidized bed can be applied to the rapid freezing of all fruits and vegetables.

Advantages
1. Stainless steel frame is welded by argon arc welding
2. Adopting aluminum alloy evaporator, variable distance structure, with high heat changing efficiency, the machine can operate continuously for a long time. The liquid supply and gas returning device use patented technology, having high heat transferring efficiency.
3. The storehouse adopts double-sided stainless steel polyurethane and high pressure foaming board, with enclosed structure and an overhaul door, which is convenient for internal cleaning and maintenance. The bottom plate inclines to a certain angle, which is convenient for drainage, and has good sanitation and heat preservation condition.
4. The conveyer belt speed reducer adopts various-frequency speed changing system adapt to the processing of various kinds of frozen goods.
5. Two sectioning structure, with high efficiency. Food is not prone to adhesion, and can be installed according to users' requirements of vibration device
6. One sectioning structure, the cargo is not prone to fall or damage, not easy to damage, can set large air volume and high wind pressure to make the food completely suspended in the air.
7. Quarter-bar linkage fluidized bed. The foods are suspended and vibrating in the reciprocating screens, to achieve rapid single freezing with high efficiency and small occupation of space.
