The linkage control system is an air compressor control system which is used to effectively control multiple screw air compressors. It is able to increase energy efficiency by reducing the chance of synchronous unloading of multiple compressors. Through alternative operation of the primary and backup compressors, all compressor units offer similar operation duration and can serve as the backup unit for each other.
